ATELIER: a workshop or studio

CASCADIA: a geographic region encompassing Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and British Columbia, renowned for its rich quality of life and robust, growing wine industry

Put the words together and you have Atelier Cascadia, a consortium of professionals that draws upon deep experience to help clients develop, launch, and market Northwest wine brands.

We work with companies and individuals across the full spectrum of the industry, from those who are just starting out, to established brands looking to recalibrate their business.

The Atelier team engages with clients through a simple, four-step process:

Connect

Simply complete the contact form and we will be in touch within 24 hours to schedule an initial discussion about your business and needs.

Listen and Learn

We start with a deep-dive learning session to get to know one another and understand your objectives for the project. This no-cost, no-obligation meeting is our opportunity to learn about your business, your goals, and your needs. It’s also your opportunity to learn more about our team, our capabilities, and our approach to working with clients.

Propose a Plan

Using the information gathered from the learning session, our team will develop a proposal of services designed to achieve your objectives. Each proposal is tailored specifically to each client and includes:

  • Objectives: The purpose of the project is defined in the context of the big picture of your business, needs, and desired results.

  • Proposed Plan: Every engagement is broken down into specific, measurable tactics and deliverables.

  • Schedule: We develop a formal workflow schedule to outline the project start, its milestones, key meetings, and the finish line.

  • Project Team: We assemble a team of experienced Atelier partners and collaborators that is specific to your project needs. One partner will be your main point of contact.

  • Budget: We detail a scope and budget based on the proposed plan.

Engage and Activate

Following the proposal stage, we work collaboratively with you to agree on the scope of work and associated budget.

From here, a formal work plan and schedule is outlined, including further info gathering, defining deliverables, and setting a schedule for collaboration, feedback, and progress check-ins.
